Refund policy

12-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 12 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item received

  • Item not working as expected

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, accessories, and manuals

  • Have proof of purchase / order confirmation

📦 Note: Products returned in used or damaged condition (not due to factory defect) may not be eligible for refund.


🧼 Hygiene & Personal Use Products

For hygiene and health reasons, some items cannot be returned after opening, unless defective.
This includes products that enter the ear, mouth, or skin.

Example: Ear cleaning products & replacement heads
(If the product is faulty, we will replace it — no worries.)


🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning:

  • Contact us immediately when you receive it

  • Provide a video/photo showing the issue

  • We will send a replacement or process a refund

We always prioritize defective/damaged cases first.


🔄 Exchanges

Want a replacement unit or different item?

We will gladly exchange once the returned product is inspected and approved.


💰 Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash-on-Delivery, refund will be transferred via bank / OMT / wallet

If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven't received your refund, message us and we’ll follow up.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong items → We cover return shipping

  • Change of mind → Customer covers return delivery fee
